What is Schema markup generator?
Schema Markup Generator — Generate valid JSON-LD schema markup for 12 types — Article, FAQ, Product, Local Business, Event and more. Copy the ready-to-paste script tag.
The JSON-LD is built by a mechanical port of the open-source schema-markup-generator engine (MIT, 0xelitesystem): the same 12 per-type builders and field constants, with only DOM access removed. Fields are added only when filled; multi-line inputs (social profiles, opening hours, ingredients, steps) become JSON arrays; FAQ entries become Question/acceptedAnswer objects. The engine validates required-field presence per type, https:// URL format, the 110-character Article headline guideline, and paired aggregateRating value/count. Limitations: it cannot verify that your content is true — never invent aggregateRating values (Google penalizes fake reviews) — and you should always re-check the output in Google’s Rich Results Test and the Schema.org validator.

How to use Schema Markup Generator
- 1Choose a "Schema type" — Article for blog posts, FAQPage for FAQ pages, LocalBusiness for a physical business, and 9 more.
- 2Fill in the fields your type needs; only the selected type’s fields are used, the rest are ignored. Multi-line fields take one item per line.
- 3For FAQPage, paste your entries as a JSON array — e.g. [{"q":"...","a":"..."}] — into "FAQ entries (JSON array)".
- 4Run the tool: the engine builds the JSON-LD object, checks the type’s required fields, and warns about non-https URLs.
- 5Copy the "Ready-to-paste <script> block" into your page before </body>, then confirm it in Google’s Rich Results Test.

Good to know
- Only the selected schema type’s fields are used — fields for other types are ignored, even if filled.
- The engine checks field presence and URL format, not truthfulness: never invent ratings, reviews, or business details — fake aggregateRating values can draw a Google penalty.
- Passing this tool’s checks does not guarantee rich results; always re-validate in Google’s Rich Results Test.
- The LocalBusiness output mirrors the engine exactly, including a harmless extra top-level streetAddress field that validators ignore.
- FAQ rich results only appear when the questions and answers are visible on the page.

Examples
Generates Article JSON-LD with author, publisher, and mainEntityOfPage blocks plus a ready-to-paste script tag.
Builds a Question/acceptedAnswer list; entries missing a question or answer are rejected before generation.
Country defaults to US; the address is nested as a PostalAddress object and required fields are validated.
